The platform

Each tool keeps one kind of record, such as your risks, policies, suppliers or plans, with owners, review dates and approvals, so you can show your work when you're asked.

Not sure where to start?

Financial advice firms can take the free Health Check. It takes about five minutes and shows where you stand and which of these tools help.

For any business

Risk register Live

Record your business risks, score them on a 5×5 matrix, get each owner to review theirs, and track the actions that bring them within your appetite.

Policies & procedures Live

Hold your written policies and procedures with versions, owners, effective dates and review dates, and see what's due for review.

Suppliers & outsourcing Live

List every supplier in one place, rate each by risk tier from a few yes-or-no questions, and record contracts, owners and due diligence for the ones you rely on.

Business continuity Live

Build your continuity plan from a short impact analysis, record its approval, yearly review and tests, and print the plan and a one-page grab sheet.

Incidents & complaints Live

Record complaints, incidents and privacy breaches, keep the evidence, and see what needs attention. It records and reminds; you decide and you send. Financial advice firms also get the FMA's complaint and notification rules.

Some wording in these tools still refers to financial advice, and we're making it more general as we add industries. Tell us what you need.

Extra tools for financial advice providers

Obligations register Live

A ready-made register of the obligations that apply to a financial advice provider. For each you record your control, evidence, a red-amber-green status, an owner and a review date.

CPD & development plans Live

Each adviser's annual development plan, CPD activities and evidence, with manager review and sign-off.

AI audit of policies & procedures Live

An AI-assisted check of your uploaded policies and procedures. You respond to each finding, sign off the result, and can ask for an independent review. AI output is always labelled as AI.

Compliance calendar Live

Key review, testing and reporting dates, with due-soon and overdue flags.

Skills & expertise Live

The skills your firm needs against who holds them, with a plan to close each gap.

Advice Review with AI On request

An AI-assisted review of your client advice files for life, fire and general insurance. You choose what each file is reviewed against: the FMA's expectations, an insurer's requirements, or your own service standards. Every finding is a draft that a person confirms. AI output is always labelled as AI.

Details for licence holders and Authorised Bodies are on the advice firms page. A sign-off workflow for oversight-body approval is coming soon, with no fixed date yet.

How you use it

See Pricing for what the platform costs.

Security and privacy

Your records are sensitive, so security and privacy are built in from the start.

Encrypted

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, on Microsoft Azure.

Controlled access

Only your business can open your records. The more sensitive tools need a code emailed to your administrator, and our own admin access needs an authenticator app.

Backed up and monitored

Your data is backed up automatically, and we've tested restoring it. We keep logs and get alerted if something goes wrong.

Private by design

We collect only what each tool needs, and anything produced by AI is labelled. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, and where it is stored and processed, including any overseas services.

Consultancy

When you want more than software, our consultancy can review your records and controls, or help with a risk or compliance project. See Consultancy.
